Yoga
Frankie brings her own unique twist to Vinyasa yoga, infusing it with creative elements drawn from Pilates and her own artistic flair. She embarked on her yoga journey with a 200-hour YTT in Vinyasa and has since expanded her knowledge through additional 50-hour YTT courses and enriching retreat experiences. For Frankie, yoga is more than just a physical practice; it's a dynamic form of meditation. Beyond the evident physical advantages, she emphasizes the substantial mental benefits that can be harnessed through yoga practice.
Pilates
Frankie received specialized training in APPI Pilates, a fusion of physiotherapy and Pilates techniques. This approach focuses on engaging the often-overlooked small stabilizing muscles throughout the body. It's particularly beneficial for individuals seeking post-natal recovery, those dealing with lower back concerns, individuals with hypermobility, and anyone looking to maintain optimal body alignment and overall wellness
